Merry Christmas and Best Wishes for 2009!

Hello Everyone
This year has been a busy one again! Lots to do at work, mum and dad moving and I’ve just finished playing the bumbling British Ambassador Basil Bond in Aladdin.
I’m still working at Toyota, looking after Mass Production which is busy but also fun! We’ve just launched the new Avensis so life’s pretty hectic at the moment.

Mum and Dad moved from London to Deddington near Banbury in July – they’re just around the corner from Anne, Tony, Phoebe and Francesca – mum’s being kept busy catering for the grandchildren and their friends who pop in for food – Dad is OK now his broadband is working! Dad’s been really busy in their new garden.

Travels
I’ve had a “local” holiday year this year.  I went to see Colin and Vera in Turkey at Easter. I couldn’t resist their pool even though there was snow on the mountains behind!
 

I spent the Summer in Holland with Emma, Jan and baby Junior. Meg and I had a brilliant week cycling around Zeeland – Holland is fantastic for cycling as long as the wind is behind you! The tidal defence was fun wind speed 110km/hr!!! 30mph on a bike without pedalling!

I spent a fantastic relaxing week in Jimena with Lucy at the end of August – sun, Rioja and good food!

I’m off to the Maldives early next year so I haven’t stopped the long distance stuff all together!

Fund Raising

Many of you helped with my fund raising for Cancer Research UK – I raised £700 this year running in Derby and Castle Donnington so thank you all for your support! It was a fantastic evening at Donnington and an amazing opportunity to see the race track.

Other bits of news
Minnie, Gnasher and Scraggly cat are well though Scraggly’s starting to creak at bit. The last few months have been hectic with a New Model at work and Panto!

I’ll be in Deddington with Mum and Dad for Christmas this year thought the initial plan is to sleep for 2 days then do Christmas!!!!
